1. How long until my order arrives?

It takes us 1-2 days to prepare your items and the orders come after 5-7 days in transit. We currently ship only within the USA.

2. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your orders at any point before we send it. Please contact us at (937) 502-5699 or management@theappliancepoint.com.

3. What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

When your order arrives, be diligent and check for any damages (both on the package and then inspect the items as well). If you find any damage, make note of it when accepting the delivery and then reach out to management@theappliancepoint.com within 24 hours.

Include photos of the damage, your order number and a short explanation. We will then be able to start an insurance claim with the freight company on your behalf.

4. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, you have 30 days to initiate a refund. Please be aware that we charge a 25% restocking fee and you will cover the return shipping costs as well.

5. Do you offer any discounts?
