With the aim of creating an authentic Italian pizza, we have replicated the traditional brick oven experience in our pizza oven by incorporating a thicker dome and cook surface with brick tiles, to achieve a rapid preheating time of 25 minutes and a cooking duration of just 90 seconds at temperatures reaching up to 800℉, which ensures that our pizzas have the crispiest crusts while preserving the most nutritional value of fruits and vegetables, all while minimizing wood consumption.
Gas or wood dual option
Our pizza oven offers not only wood-fired cooking but also includes a gas option for situations where there may be a shortage of wood. To ensure the utmost safety when using gas tanks, each gas valve and tunnel undergoes thorough checks before delivery. Additionally, we have equipped the base stand with the fixture rack to keep the gas tank in place regardless of movement or angle adjustments of the oven. Cook anywhere you like, cook any way you like, we support it!
Chimney air valve regulates inner oxygen
In order to provide precise control over heat levels for your desired culinary outcomes, we have implemented multiple features to help. Alongside an instant temperature indicator inside the oven provided by a thermometer on the oven, we also put an air valve on the chimney to enable manual regulation of oxygen inflow and outflow, which grants you full control over heat intensity as well as smoke emission. Cook like a god, it’s your fire!
