Cooking Surface has 6 sealed burners with a total output of 83,000 BTU including 1 sealed dual-ring burner for simmering melting chocolate or cooking sauces, The continuous cast iron grates allowmaximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. Double gas ovens have a combined 6.58 cu.ft. capacity with a total output of 44,000 BTU encased in black enamel interiors and tempered 3-layer glass oven door windows. Right-side oven consists of a convection fan function. Included is an LP conversion kit, 4 electro-plated oven racks. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years.
